We are excited to announce that as of March 1, 2012 we will be consolidating our operations into our 611 Manatee Ave restaurant, with expanded hours and dinner service.
While this means we will no longer be operating the downtown Bistro location, we came to this decision in order to serve you better. A number of mainly personal reasons but also business limitations led us to conclude that servicing two locations was no longer feasible and we would rather focus on the main restaurant with its full kitchen and room for expansion.
We appreciate your ongoing patronage and look forward to seeing you soon at our original and improved restaurant.
Please note the following business hours for our restaurant at 611 Manatee Ave East as of March 1st:
Mondays to Wednesdays 9AM – 3PM
Thursdays and Fridays 9AM – 9PM
Saturdays 11AM to 9PM
For your convenience we have attached our new menus for Breakfast/Brunch, Lunch and Dinner
As you will note we greatly expanded our dinner menu where we now can serve you Sauerbraten, Rouladen, Schnitzel,
German style Goulash, Pork shank [Schweinshaxe] and a German sampler every day.
Due to popular demand we now offer a Hefeweizen (wheat beer) from Portland, Oregon besides of our standard beers.
We are also working on an expanded wine and dessert menu.
We are very happy to have Rick Shearer as our executive chef. Rick just recently graduated from Keiser University on top at his glass and won numerous awards including 2 silver medals and the Gold medal for best cook this year.
We congratulate Rick for his achievements and we are sure he will be around and introduce himself.
