Beck’s Restaurant was opened by Ursula & Werner Beck under the original name Cool Beans Café and Arts in May of 2007 with the goal of providing our customers with a unique place to congregate to eat and enjoy coffee in Bradenton.

After two years at the original location we saw an opportunity to expand to our new facility at 611 Manatee Ave. East, which enabled us to build a larger kitchen, a larger dining room, outside seating, as well as feature dinner hours, private seating and beer and wine sales.

As of early 2010 we are proud to open an additional downtown Bradenton location – Beck’s Bistro, which will feature our fresh coffees, baked goods and a limited selection of our famous soups, salads and sandwiches.

Beck’s Restaurant is not a chain restaurant, but rather a locally owned and family operated, warm and personal place where you can feel at home and enjoy Continental and New American cuisine.

We feature seating arrangements for family get-togethers, business luncheons, students studying and even small parties. We offer amenities such as free Wi-Fi, a public use computer terminal, relaxing couch area and outdoor seating.

Our target is to individually prepare quality and healthy fresh foods for breakfast, lunch, dinner and your catering needs, as well as fresh baked cookies, muffins, bagels, scones, croissants, excellent gourmet coffees, frappes, specialty coffees, fruit smoothies and cold sodas and juices.

Nothing is fried; everything is baked or broiled, using ingredients from local suppliers.

Everything we serve you is freshly prepared, baked, cooked, and brewed.

We feature daily specials, ranging from American, European and International cuisine, always served with soup or salad.

In addition we have a collection of jewelry, china, crystal glasses, dolls, American and German Pottery and other collectibles for sale. Uschi will be happy to answer any questions.
